Universal Love of Kindness

Doing the Loving Kindness and the Integral Assessment are good exercise to do for your mind and body. It is a soothing and calming way to relax for your soul. For me while doing these exercise I learned that I really need to relax more. But I get stressed out between work school, kids and My nephew is so over whelming. Having done them it has helped some.  I love doing these meditation exercises because I suffer from social Anxiety and doing these helps me a lot to relax and helps calm my body and my mind.

Subtle mind exercise

As I listened to this exercise, it is a lot like the Loving Kindness exercise, very peaceful and relaxing. It helped me a lot by realaxing and clearing my mind, I felt of relief lifted of my chest. But it was quite long and it was a very long pause between talking. I really did not like that the women was talking, I preferred a man speaking than a woman.

To me the connection to spiritual to mental and physical wellness is putting it all together by focusing on all three. When you are mediating your clearing your mind and relaxing your body spiritually by ridding of all negativity.  I so meditate when I do my praying to the gods and it is very peaceful and relaxing to clear my mind.

Thank you

Love and Kindness

After listening to this meditation of love and kindness really had no effect on me what so ever. To me it was more of a robotic voice talking than an actual human talking and to me it wasn't soothing at all. I would not recommend it to anyone. It may work for somebody else but just not my cup of tea.

What is the concept of "mental workout"? What does the research indicate are the proven benefits of a mental workout? How can you implement mental workouts to foster your psychological health?

The concept of Mental Workout is to improve your mental status or memory. A workout for your brain, to improve brain function. Research has shown that it helps improve the brain cells in the brain and especially in older people, especially in those who have Alzheimer. You can keep active or read books or to do brain games such as word searches or crossword puzzles just to give a few can help foster your brain.

My Inner Self :)

On the Scale of 1-10 I would rate my physical bell being a 5 because I do have some health issues that I have obtained since having my last daughter Luna. I have been put on medicine for and I also take an herbal supplement of black cohosh. My rating on my spiritual well-being is a 9, I do love my spirituality and proud of it and I try to maintain a good balance of it, even though I do not go to a traditional church I have Nature as my church and my kids and Girl Scout troop and I try to make this earth a better place for all to live in so I do take real good pride in my spiritual relam, and as far as my psychological well-being, is about a 6, I do suffer from Anxiety issues, I have suffered from this my whole life. It especially had gotten worst after the death of my oldest daughter. She was born stillborn at birth and she was 34 weeks early as well. So that had my anxiety and depression really bad, but then things began to get better after having my second child Willow, She is my blessing and so are my other two daughters Lilly and Luna. Being with them does help with my depression and Anxiety a lot, but I do have my moments though of thinking of my oldest daughter Phoebe.

My goal for my over all well-being is to be more active than what I am in order to be able to improve my health and also try not to let everything bother me so that I won't don't have to much stress. The activities or exercise that not only me but include my family that we go walking more and to do some running as well around the neighborhood.

I must say WOW! After listening to that crime of the century  I actually felt totally relaxed but there where a few times where I felt as though I was gonna fall over into the floor listening to it, but over all it was very helpful for me, It was relaxing to me. I liked it, but one thing I would say is that it was music and not a man talking though, I love listening to music.
