Yeah, while listening to the man talking about waterfalls it made me want to go pee really bad! I apologize for saying that but that is what the first part of this meditation, made me feel, lol! But to be honest with you doing the last few meditation exercises, I was really not in to it. This one, right off the bat, I was not into it because the guy that was talking first, I really didn't like the way he was talking and listening to his voice turned me off of it and then when it turned to the ladies voice it was ok and then I just got to the point where it I actually fell asleep through the thing.
To me the saying "One cannot lead another where one has not gone himself" is that you should not tell one person or recommend one person to go some where if you have not been there your self. To me its like the saying practice what you preach. I would have an obligation to my patients because as their practitioner or their healer, I would, practice what you preach I always say. It would help them to know that you too practice what you practice.

Hahahaha yes I agree with you, the waterfall thing made me really thirsty! I had to get up and get a drink! I am like you, not having much success with these exercises, I wish they would do something even if they put me to sleep! I think that's true in everything, practice what you preach, I always tell my employees, I remember how it feels to be an employee and I vowed when I became a manager I would never forget that, so that I would treat them the way I wished my managers had treated me. And because I hold myself to this promise, they respect me more I think, if I had never been an employee first and became a manager from the beginning, I don't believe I could even relate to any of them or how they feel.
